Chest: Place the measuring tape under your arms and across your chest at the widest part. Take a deep breath to make sure that the measuring tape is not placed too tight.
Waist: Place the measuring tape around your waist at the smallest point, normally at the umbilicus, take a deep relaxing breath to make sure that the measuring tape is not placed too tight.
Seat: Place the measuring tape around your seat at the widest point. Make sure that the tape is not placed too tight.
Back Length: Find the highest neck vertebra with your fingers, start from this point and measure down to the same place as you measured your waist. (Tip: You can use a webbing around your waist as a mark, then you will know for sure how far down you should measure.)
Sleeve Length: Find the highest neck vertebra with your fingers, start from this point, and place the measuring tape at this point, then let the measuring tape follow your shoulder and down along the arm, slightly bend your arm and place the measuring tape on the elbow and down the wrist vertebra.
Inseam: Place the measuring at groin, measure from this point down to your inner foot ankle.
